About the Speaker:

Mr. Ghoussaini is a senior operating partner in the European private equity firm Triton. He is currently chairman of the board of the German company Stabilus, is a board member of the Spanish company Befesa and the Swedish company Ovako. He was chairman of the board of the company Dematic up until he successfully sold the business in December 2012. Prior to Triton, Mr. Ghoussaini has over 30 years experience in the global automotive industry. Prior to joining Triton, Mr. Ghoussaini was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Benteler Automobiltechnik based in Paderborn, Germany. Prior to that, he was President of the Premium Car Division of Lear Corporation, based in Sulzbach, Germany with responsibility for seating, interiors and electrical / electronics business for the German and French car companies worldwide. Mr. Ghoussaini has extensive international experience in the European, North and Latin American as well as Asian automotive industry with high level relationships worldwide.

Mr. Ghoussaini holds Bachelor´s and Master´s degrees in Chemistry from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and a Master´s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Detroit in Michigan.
